Pursuant to the Rules for Procurement of Electricity for Covering Losses in the Electricity Transmission Network, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 9 on January 20, 2026, Article 5, AD MEPSO announces a Public Call for Expression of Interest for concluding a Framework Agreement for the procurement of electricity for covering losses in the electricity transmission network.
All registered participants in the electricity market in the Republic of North Macedonia who are interested in concluding a Framework Agreement for the procurement of electricity for covering losses in the electricity transmission network are invited to submit the documentation at the premises of AD MEPSO, in accordance with Article 6 of the Rules for Procurement of Electricity for Covering Losses in the Electricity Transmission Network, which are published on the website of AD MEPSO.
All Bidders who meet the conditions specified in the Rules for Procurement of Electricity for Covering Losses and who conclude a Framework Agreement shall obtain the right to participate in the subsequent procurement procedure for electricity for covering losses in the electricity transmission network, and they will be sent an Individual Request for Submission of Bids (IRSB).
