In order to achieve transparency and objectivity in the activity and to prevent discrimination and corruption in the fulfillment of the obligation for providing public service by AD MEPSO – Skopje as Power System Operator on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Compliance Officer, within his/her competence, is obliged to act upon information on found irregularities, regarding:
- Conflict of interest
- Leak of confidential information
- Unfairness in users services
- Unethical behavior by AD MEPSO’s employees
- Nonfulfillment of the Compliance Program
- Corruptive behavior by the AD MEPSO’s employees.
