AD MEPSO warns the agrarians to avoid passing with combine harvesters under the conductors and the transmission right-of-way during harvest season. Do not set irrigation systems under or near the overhead power lines when irrigating. The water is a conductor of electricity, and any contact with an energized wire increases the risk of electric shock to the person operating the irrigation system and other people standing in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, do not burn stubbles. We appeal to anglers to be careful when handling the fishing rods near transmission lines.
