The department operation is organize in two divisions:
- electric division
- civil engineering division
The activities of the rehabilitation department for 2008 were directed to:
- monitoring of the existing conditions in substations;
- drawing up of substation reconstruction projects;
- electric installation works for replacement of primary or secondary equipment;
- drawing up of as-built projects;
- revision of projects;
- supervision in civil works for reconstruction and current maintenance;
- participation in solving the repair of civil facilities.
