Introduction

In accordance with the energy license related to doing the business of electric power system control and organization in AD MEPSO, the works in the domain of electric power system operating control is in charge of the Division for Power System Operator (PSO) through the Department of Operating Control and also of using equipment, devices and operating management which development and maintenance is the responsibility of the Technical Information. The necessary development, on the other hand is the responsibility of the Division for Strategic Planning. The report has been drawn up according to the requirements laid down in the PSO operator license.
